About Hotel+

Most guests leave a hotel without discovering half of what it offers: the hammam, the rooftop at sunset, the time the shuttle leaves. Hotel+ exists to fix that with one simple page guests open with a QR code. We keep the product small on purpose, so a hotel can set it up in an afternoon without an IT project.

For your guests

What guests see when they scan the QR code

No app to download and no account to create. The page opens in the phone's browser, in the guest's own language.

Facilities and opening hours

Restaurant, spa, pool, bar, room service: each with photos, a short description and today's hours, so guests know what is open and when.

Menus and simple orders

Menus with prices and photos. Guests pick items, add their room number and send the order. No online payment: you settle at the hotel as usual.

Answers before they ask

Short FAQs for each facility: what to wear in the hammam, whether towels are provided, when breakfast ends.

Requests and messages

Extra towels, a late checkout question, a problem with the air conditioning. Guests write to you with their room number and phone.

Feedback during the stay

A short survey you design, plus free comments. You hear about a problem while the guest is still in the building.

In the guest's language

You write your content once. Hotel+ translates it automatically into more than ten languages and opens the page in the language of the guest's phone.

Deliberately simple

What Hotel+ does not do

Hotel+ does one job: the page your guests read and the messages they send you. That is why it takes an afternoon to set up.

No PMS or booking integration

Nothing to install and nothing to connect. Your reservation system stays exactly as it is.

No staff app

There are no roles, shifts or task assignment. One account reads the inbox from any phone or computer.

No payments

Orders reach you as messages with a room number. Charges go on the bill the way they do today.

Try it with your own hotel

30 days free, no card required. If it does not help your guests, simply stop using it.
